Kampen Appliance Service has been dedicated to servicing Sub Zero and Wolf products for over 50 years and was recognized for that high level of service by being chosen as a Premier Factory Certified Service Centre.
We have the honour of being the only Premier Factory Certified Service Centre in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) and have a very close working relationship with the Sub Zero and Wolf factories. We must meet strict service requirements to maintain the "certified" designation.
This designation allows us to obtain special consideration from the factory when you experience problems with your Sub Zero and Wolf units. Beyond what would be considered normal, we will "go to bat" for you, not just charge you money.
Many companies compete for your service dollars, charge for parts that are under warranty and hope you don't find out that you are still covered by warranty. We don't.
We will tell you up front what warranty you still have on your products. Sub Zero and Wolf warranty the product, not the purchaser, therefore, you could be the second or third owner of your home and your appliances could still be under the manufacturer's warranty.
Sub Zero products have a full 2 year and 12 year limited parts warranty. Wolf products have a full 2 year and 5 year limited parts warranty. Please call for more details!
We find that Sub Zero and Wolf appliances are targets of unauthorized servicers which can result in customers being overcharged.
